Another great progress, the case is almost finished, it still needs a little fine-tuning.

First the tubing.
I had seriously underestimated it, it is super hard. If you want to get it perfectly at least.
Sometimes there’s a nod, sometimes a twist, sometimes the tube does not remain round or a circle for 100%.

If the tubing is correct, you still have to make it fit a 100% and measuring is the key here.
If anything is too long / too short, you have a chance of leaks.

Cutting and sanding the tubing also requires a lot of time and patience.

As a result, I think it is not bad for the first time, but I now plan to install 90 ° bochtjes the blocks to make it even cleaner.

First the pump and reservoir in place:

Check for leaks:

in the meanwhile, I installed my 5050 RGB led strip.
There is one led strip behind the vga and one led strip in the case. Both separately connected to an IR receiver. One with 24 key remote, one with 44 key remote. So I had to solder them together to make it clean behind the case. I also rewired them with a switch

let’s go

Just need some fine tuning this evening and the end result will be there
