This was my christmas menu this year.
Starters: Shrimp cocktail
Really nothing fancy here, cocktail sauce made with 4 spoons mayo, 1 spoon ketchup, 10cl cream and 1 theespoon whisky
Main course: christmas turkey.
Turkey was stuffed with celery, onion, parsley, basil, bread, chopped meat.
I prepared mousse based on brussels sprout, cream and butter together with bacon.
