This was my second christmas menu this year.
Starters: Trio of shrimps
Really nothing fancy here, cocktail sauce made with 4 spoons mayo, 1 spoon ketchup, 10cl cream and 1 theespoon whisky for the shrimp cocktail.
Then we have the ‘tomates crevettes’ and ‘croquettes de crevettes’
Main course: Orlov roast.
This is a kind of cordon blue. Served with potatoes and a white mushroom sauce (white whine, shallot, garlic, cream )
